SLA – the 3D printing procedure that has been used the longest

Stereolithography is a 3D printing procedure for the production of prototypes and master patterns with the highest accuracy requirements, highest detail resolution and nearly unlimited surface treatment options.

A light-sensitive synthetic resin is cured with a laser and models are constructed with layers of 0.1 mm. The remaining material remains unchanged in the machine for future components.

We like to use this 3D printing procedure, among others, to create master patterns for duplication for small-scale series.

We will create your projects on a SLA 7000 3D printer: 

  • Maximum component size: 510 x 510 x 400 mm
  • File formats: STEP or IGES data are expedient for your request
  • Minimum wall thickness: 0.4 mm
  • Materials: Accura 60
  • Main applications: Sample parts, transparent models, master patterns for vacuum casting
