Our 5-axis mill from GEISS mills small as well as large models with different thicknesses from polyurethane or the synthetic you require, such as e.g. PP, PA, PP-GF30.
Depending on the geometry, milling is an efficient technology in model and prototype construction and provides the appropriate advantages over generative procedure, e.g. with surface quality and accuracy for larger models. However, milling is also often combined with other rapid-prototyping methods and conventional model making during the realisation of large projects.
