Finest sheet thicknesses (0.016 mm in XHD print mode) enable perfect surfaces also in the layer construction axis (Z axis). The self-calibrating process control coupled with the temperature-controlled material handling enable maximum detail resolution with minimum wall thicknesses from up to 0.25 mm with outstanding component accuracies and tolerances. The intuitive Accelerator 3D printer software enables fast and efficient configuration of the models in the installation space – stacking and nesting is possible. The support geometry to fix components in place during the printing process is created automatically.
The permanent printhead (5-year manufacturer warranty included) is as broad as the available installation space and processes the support material and the construction material in the same work step. This makes the printing time nearly independent regardless whether an individual component or a whole platform of parts is produced.
The crucial advantage over other technologies is the easy and especially contactless finishing process. The wax support material can be melted off in the supplied furnace here; finest structures may require fine cleaning in the ultrasound bath which is also provided in the delivery scope. This post-processing enables risk-free, damage-free cleaning of even very complex models with minimum time effort for the operator.
MJP prototypes can be processed without problems, e.g. with grinding, drilling, painting and others or make perfect master patterns for duplication processes like vacuum casting.
